Easy, right? But, what got me was how tiring life is normally and then having a little bundle that either keeps you awake throughout the night or is constantly on the go,

    Reason #2
Reason number 2 So the 2nd reason why I wrote my book is about having time to exercise!! Now I know that exercise is probably never on top of everybody's priority list, but we know that when we exercise it makes us feel good and it makes us look good. It sounds ridiculous but 20 minutes a day is all you need just to recharge and refresh and actually take better care

The Happiness expert Hello, how are you? My name is Jo Howarth, I run a company called The Happiness Club and I teach people how to be happy. I’ve been running my company for almost five and a half years now. When I started I could only work 2 days a week because the girls were tiny and they went to nursery on a Tuesday and a Thursday.
