Fudgy brownies

These brownies are fudgey, gooey and utterly delicious, not to mention made with clean, raw ingredients and you don't even have to bake them!

Here is the recipe, so give them a try now, you won't be disappointed I promise:
2 ½ cups of pitted dates
1 ½ cups of walnuts
6 tbsp. Organic MyProtein cacao powder
1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
2 tsp water
Pinch of salt
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup of maple syrup
2 tbsp. NYR Organic virgin coconut oil (melted)
½ tsp of vanilla extract

In a food processor blend the dates, walnuts, cacao powder, vanilla, water and salt until smooth
Once smooth and well combine, press the dough into a greased or lined baking pan – set aside
In a mixing bowl, combine the cacao, maple syrup, vanilla and coconut oil until forms a smooth paste
Pour this evenly over the brownies and chill in the fridge for 2 hours before slicing into 16 squares
Can keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
