Gluten free breakfast pittas 

I wanted something quick and easy so randomly constructed this beauty.

1 egg
1 gluten free pitta bread
2 handfuls of kale

1. Boil the kettle and pour some water to half fill a frying pan
2. Crack the egg very slowly into the frying pan and leave it on a moderate heat
3. Put GF pitta in the toaster
4. Using a microwave safe dish, add the kale and a tbsp. of water, cover with cling film and microwave for 1 minute
5. Take the toasted pitta and open
6. Take the kale out of the dish using a slotted spoon to drain any water (be careful when taking the cling film off it will be super hot)
7.  Put it in the pitta
8. Ensure egg is cooked and remove with the slotted spoon, using kitchen roll very gently touch it to remove any excess water
9. Place inside the pitta on top of kale
10. Season, I use salt, pepper, dried chilli and garlic - Enjoy!
