Gluten free macaroni cheese


Pea Protein Powder - 1 scoop (30g)
Almond Milk - 100ml
Cheddar Cheese (grated) - 20g
English Mustard - 1tsp (2g)
Leeks - 2 medium sized
Coconut oil - 1/2 tsp (1g)
Gluten Free Pasta - 100g

1. Put pasta in boiling water and cook for 12-15mins
2. In the meantime, put pea protein powder, almond milk and mustard in a pan. Using a whisk mix the ingredients together and slowly heat creating a sauce. 
3. Put coconut oil in a frying pan, cut the leeks and gently fry until soft.
4. Add leeks to the sauce and stir in
5. Once pasta has cooked, drain and add to the sauce
6. Mix together a voila a yummy, healthy mac cheese!
