Protein pancakes

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Berries/Quark/maple syrup

  • Place the flour, almond milk, banana and protein powder in a shaker cup and shake until all ingredients have mixed
  • Melt the coconut oil over a medium heat for 1-2 mins
  • Pour in 1/2 the mixture and cook for 2-3 mins then toss
  • Cook for a further 2-3 mins on the other side
  • Serve up and topped with whichever healthy ingredients you have 

This recipe should make 2 pancakes and you can top with whatever you feel like. Some nice combo's:
  • Peanut butter & banana
  • Blueberries & quark
  • Maple syrup & chopped nuts
