Superpower brownies

These brownies honestly took 5 mins to mix together, then 1 hour in the freezer and they're ready to devour. Absolutely delicious and so so good for you!

Here is all the goodness they provide:

Almonds provide an excellent source of Vitamin E & B Vitamin Complex as well as being rich in minerals and mono-unsaturated fatty acids
Dates are high in fibre, keeping you colon healthy and preventing nasties from binding to it. Also rich in antioxidants such as Vitamin A and beta-carotene and an excellent source of iron and potassium
Cacao Powder, rich in antioxidants, essential fats and minerals, this powder is a much healthier alternative to cocoa powder.
Chia Seeds - see my blog on how amazing chia seeds are!!
Coconut Oil is full of MCT (medium chained triglycerides) which don't get stored like long-chained fatty acids. These super fats go straight to the liver to be metabolised and are used for energy straight away, making it superior to all other oil.
Total Nutrigreens are crammed packed with goodness from 22 superfood extracts including, broccoli, chlorella, green tea and kale powder. This provides a natural source of vitamin C, vitamin B12 and vitamin K.

Now tell me these brownies don't have super powers!!

100g ground almonds
10 soft dates (pitted)
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 scoops of MyProtein Total Nutrigreens

Should make about 10 small brownies

1.  Put all the ingredients in  a blender and mix together until it forms a sticky dough
2. Line a small, deep baking tray (I used cling film as it doesn't stick to the dough) and press the dough in to form a flat even surface
3. Freeze for an hour, remove from freezer and remove cling film
4. Slice into small squares of yumminess
